This is an uplifting, "Throw yourself around the room" type of album. I clicked on it for the hilarious cover art. I bought the vinyl for the positive vibes.

So I knew IVERSEN was one of my favorite artists but House Plants really sealed the deal for me. If you haven't heard this album yet, you're missing out. There's a short list of artists out there than can deliver an album of this caliber. Really hoping to see them live someday!

the intersection of my two favorite things: house plants and synth music. I don't know what it is about this album that feels like a warm, nostalgic hug - maybe it's the fact that you could think this fell straight out of the 80s and not the mid-pandemic fever of 2021? don't miss this one.

This is a special band. Got to see these guys in concert and got to meet one of them casually at a small bar, and they are a talented, class act through-and-through. This is a joyous record with anthemic songs for those days when you need a lift.
