Watermelon Banzai There's a lot of synthwave albums out there which are presented as being soundtracks for faux-films, but they're mostly instrumental affairs where things are more or less left to the listener's imagination to fill in the story. While there's nothing wrong with that approach, per se, COMPUTRONIC takes things to the next level with unparalleled production from the songs themselves to the presentation with both the voice acting and sound effects as a perfect accompaniment to the overall experience. gonzo009 No wishlist for this one. It hooked me from the first track and took me down by the absolutely amazing Step Aside. It plays with those 80s movie emotions in all the right ways, has amazing melodies and hooks. Some great lyrics as a bonus. This is the ultimate 80s sports movie, only that it's not sports, but arcade machines. It has it all: The romance, the action, the challenger, the gripping finale and the happy end. An absolute must have, get it now. Favorite track: Step Aside.
